AN ANALYSIS ON ENGLISH TEACHERSʹ LESSON PLANS FORSTUDENTS OF SMA NEGERI 12 MALUKU BARAT DAYA ABSTRACT ( Haluna Grazia ) ( Bire Jos ) ( Nenotek A. Serpianus ) Email [email protected] The title of this writing is an analysis on English Teacherʹs Lesson Plans for Students of SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya. The aim of this study is to know whether lesson plans prepared by English teacher at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya reffrs to curriculum 2013 or not, the way and the obstacles faced by English teachers in designing lesson plan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this study was English teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya consisting of 3 English teachers. The object of this research is learning implementation plan prepared by the teachers. The data obtained through interviews observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the data were then concluded according to the research problem.The result shows that the writers expectation of all lesson plans prepared by English teachers are not actually fulfilling standard of curriculum 2013 although the lesson plans developed by English teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya consisted of nine components. The result of analysis of all lesson plans had some weaknesses which are not referring to curriculum 2013. In some component such as core competence, basic competence, and source of learning, and assessment. The teachers designed the curriculum 2013 lesson plan individually. Furthermore, the obstacles faced by the teacher are inadequate facilities and still confused about the curriculum 2013 learning system.

ABSTRACT This study of this research is “An Analysis Of English Course Lesson Plans Design Amid Covid-19 Pandemic: A Descriptive Study In SMP Negeri 10 Kupang. The problem of this study are what is the model of the English Lesson Plans design in Covid-19 Pandemic? and how do English teachers design of English Course lesson plans? The objective of this research are To know the model of English Course Lesson Plans, and To explain the way the English teachers design the lesson plan. The subject of this study are five English teacher in SMPN 10 Kupang. The data was taken from documentation ( 10 Lesson Plans or two LP from each teacher ) and the result of interview (with 13 question) the teacher about designing the lesson plan. This study applied Descriptive Qualitative Methode and the instruments used are documentaries and interview. All the data gained are analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research showed that the models of lesson plans design by the teachers is One sheet lesson plans. The Lesson Plans contains of 3 main components are Learning objective, activities and Assessment. The design process of lesson plans by the teachers are agree with the Standars Process in Designing 1 sheet Lesson Plans and suitable to use in Pandemic covid-19 Pandemic.

ABSTRACT
This thesis is entitled “The Implementation Of Lesson Planning Of An Online Learning By The Teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang”. The problem is how is the implementation of an online learning lesson planning by the English teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang? and What are the inhibition factors in the implementation of an online learning lesson planning by the English teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang? This study aims of this study are to find out how is the implementation of an online learning lesson planning and what are the inhibition factors of an online learning lesson planning. Research method in this research is used descriptive qualitative method. Data resource is the English teacher’s at SMP N 10 Kupang. The researcher used interview to collect the data. The results of this research showed that there are seven steps implementation of an online learning lesson planning, they are Access, arriving, information exchange, building knowledge, facility, development and media. And also this research found five inhibition factors in the implementation of an on online learning of lesson planning these steps include: (1) choosing and defining the object of learning (2) ascertaining student prior knowledge on the object of learning (3) planning and Implementing a designed lesson (4) evaluating the lesson to the extent student have developed the target values (5) reporting and disseminating the results.

The title of this research is "A Study on English Teacher Lesson Plan based on Components of 2013 Curriculum in Teaching English for Fourth Grade Students at SD Inpres Naikoten 1 Kupang in the Academic Year 2019/2020". The problem of this research is "What are the components of the 2013 curriculum that are applied by English teachers in designing lesson plans at SD Inpres Naikoten 1 Kupang?". The objectives of this research is to find out the components of 2013 Curriculum applied by English teacher lesson plans at SD Inpres Naikoten 1 Kupang. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data resource of this study were 4 documents of lesson plans taken by the writer from one English teacher at SD Inpres Naikoten 1 Kupang. After obtaining the data, the perform an analysis of the components of the 2013 Curriculum which were applied by English teacher in designing lesson plans. The results showed that from 4 documents of lesson plans that designed by the English teacher at SD Inpres Naikoten 1 Kupang did not applied 5 components from 13 components that refer to the Regulation of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 22 in 2016, but she applied 8 components that refer to the circular of Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 14 in 2019. Because, from 13 components of lesson plan regulated in Regulation of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 22 in 2016 simplified into the core components which are objectives of learning, learning steps, and assessment, while the others components are complementary. English teacher also joint two components into one component, which are learning media and learning resources.

ABSTRACT “A Descriptive Study on Lesson Plan Designed by EFL Teachers at SMP Swasta Diakui Adhiyaksa 2 Kupang In The School Year 2019/2020” Curriculum is an important thing for developing educational program in Indonesia. Lesson plan is define as a source or tool that guide the teachers through their working learning process. This study investigated the components of Lesson Plans in SMP Swasta Diakui Adhiyaksa 2 Kupang, based on the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 81 year 2013. The research question was: what were the components of lesson plans designed by an English teacher at SMP Swasta Diakui Adhiyaksa 2 Kupang? The aim of this study was to find out the components of lesson plans designed by English teacher at SMP Swasta Diakui Adhiyaksa 2 Kupang. This research used qualitative method. The data collected through document of lesson plans. The result showed that the lesson plans that has been designed in 2019 of odd semester and 2020 of even semester covered nine components that has been determined by the minister of national education regulation number 81 2013 except 2020 of odd semester. They were identity of lesson plan, score competences, basic competences and indicator of competence achievement, objective of study, material of study, method of study, media, tools, and source of study, teaching activities, and assessments. However, the lesson plans made in 2020 of odd semester only consist of four components. They were: identity of lesson plans, objective of study, material of study, and assessments.
