Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan ditemukan bahwa kurangnya media pembelajaran education games pada pokok bahasan organisasi kehidupan tingkat sel di SMP Negeri 5 Amarasi Barat sehingga tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan produk education games organisasi kehidupan tingkat sel yang layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Manfaat media pembelajaran ini adalah memperlancar interaksi antara guru dan siswa untuk mengoptimalkaan proses pembelajaran.
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Research and Development (R&D).Prosedur pengembangan:
1) Analisis (Analyze)
2) Desain (Design)
3) Pengembangan (Development)
4) Implementasi (Implementation)
5) Evaluasi (Evaluation).
Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil uji ahli
media 91%, dengan persentase sangat baik, hasil uji ahli desain 92%, hasil uji ahli materi 89%, hasil uji kelompok kecil 94% dan hasil uji kelompok besar 98%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran education games pada materi organisasi kehidupan tingkat sel layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran karena media education games dapat membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa, karena terdapat materi yang disajikan dalam bentuk permainan, penampilan fisik media terlihat sederhana tetapi praktis, dapat mengurangi rasa jenuh siswa, dapat membuka wawasan siswa untuk berpikir kreatif dan inovatif, memiliki desain yang sangat baik, memperjelas keterkaitan materi dengan topik, sajian materi yang sesuai, di desain khusus untuk siswa jenjang SMP, dan dapat digunakan dimana saja dan kapan saja. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media education games valid dan layak digunakan pada materi organisasi kehidupan tingkat sel di SMP Negeri 5 Amarasi Barat.Media
education games ini bisa diterapkan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa.

The title of this writing was. AN ANALYSIS OF CHARACTER EDUCATION VALUES IN ENGLISH BOOK ENTITLED BRIGHT AN ENGLISH SCHOOL PUBLISHED BY ERLANGGA. The research problem of this study are, what are the character education values found in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga? And how to analyze the character education values in the book when English rings a bell. The purpose of this study was to. To find out the character of education values in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga. The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of the importance in Indonesia is in this case how we can respect each other. Education is the basic foundation of one’s character both in the school environment and in the community and surrounding areas This is a qualitative research, this research includes, the analysis of the values of character education in the book when English rings A bell is found in a book that describe the values of a person’s character. And then researcher uses observation documentation. This analysis, the researcher uses the opinion of Licona. By analyzing the values of character education in the book When English rings A bell. Then the most found is (8) religion, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democratic.

An analysis of teacher’s logical fallacy in terms of teaching English for junior high school students. This thesis also has three research questions that would be answered by the teachers’ logical fallacy of English subject, types of teachers’ logical fallacy existed/used and also common ways of teachers’ logical fallacy happened in teaching learning process. To answer the questions, the writer used phenomenological studies in qualitative approach’ method. Moreover, the writer found ten items in seven types logical fallacy happen in teaching learning process at SMP Swadaya Tarus. Direct observation while recording the audio1 as the instrument, listening to the audio then transcribed the data2. Then, the writer identified and classified the data3, the writer analyzed the data4 based on theory and logical form of logical fallacy. In fact, the writer has ten examples happened in seven types of logical fallacy uttered by the teacher in teaching learning process. Therefore, one item of Ad Hominem, one items of appeal to common belief, two items of appeal to force, one item of ambiguity fallacy, one item of strawman fallacy, two items of weak analogy, and two items of the fallacious uttered in three various way of logical fallacy such as argument fallacious, reasoning fallacious, and fallacious tactic. Instead of that, it could be argued that, logical fallacy still happened everywhere instead of educational environment.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to improve students’ vocabulary
mastery through pictures. This research was a classroom action research
conducted in Group B PAUD Banner. In this study, the researcher applied 2
research cycles. Each cycle consisted of four steps; planning, acting, observing
and reflecting. Researchers used two techniques to collect data, namely:
observation, and documentation. The data were classified in the form of
quantitative. Quantitative data were obtained through game test. Quantitative
data were analyzed using statistics formula. The result of the study in each cycle
showed that there was an increasing in the number of students who get score
above the passing grade, from 3 students in pre cycle to 14 students in cycle 2.
The percentage of success increased from37, 63% in pre cycle, 55, 26% in cycle
1, and 80.26% in cycle 2. This result also showed that pictures were effective to
improve students’ vocabulary mastery at the early childhood education level,
especially in group B of PAUD Banner.

[email protected] Latar belakang: Hingga saat ini belum diketahui upaya guru untuk dapat mengembangkan suatu pola pembelajaran penjasorkes melalui permainan bola voli pada Siswa SMA Efata Soe sehingga dalam proses belajar mengajar dpat menjadi efektif dan efesian. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam mengembangkan pola pembelajaran penjasorkes permainan bola voli pada siswa kelas XII SMA Efata Soe. Metode penelitian: Kualitatif deskriptif naturalistik untuk mendapatkan data-data dari tempat penelitian sesuai dengan kenyataan yang dilihat dan didengar peneliti, dengan membutuhkan waktu selama ± 2 (dua) bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 1. Observasi, 2. wawancara, dan 3. dokumentasi. Peran peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai instrumen kunci sedangkan yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1.kepala sekolah, 2.guru, 3. siswaemua data temuan yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono. Hasil dan pembahasan: Pembelajaran yang berkualitas sangat tergantung dari motivasi dan kreativitas pengajar sehigga dapat terciptanya proses belajar mengajar yang efektif dan efisien yang diukur melalui perubahan sikap dan kemampuan siswa melalui proses model pembelajaran yang berbasis langsung, model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, model pembelajaran kontekstual serta model pembelajaran berbasis cooperative. Simpulan: Pola pembelajaran Penjasorkes harus lebih koparatif dengan model-model pembelajaran yang sedang berkembang dan yang dikembangkan oleh guru itu sendiri sehingga mampu memberikan pembelajaran yang efektif. Results and discussion : The quality learning is highly dependent on the motivation and creativity teachers to create an effective and efficient teaching and learning process that measured by students attitude and abillity by direct – based learning models, problem-based learning models, contextual learning models and cooperative-based learning model. Conclussion : the Physical Education learning method must be more cooperative with the developing methods right now andit is developed by teachers themselves so they are able to provide effective learning. This research is entitled “An Analysis on Teachers' Strategy in Teaching English for Tourism at SMK Negeri 1 Kupang”. The formulation of the problem in this research is: what are the teachers' strategies in teaching English for tourism at SMK Negeri 1 Kupang? The purpose of this study is: to find out the teaching strategies used by English teachers majoring in tourism, SMK Negeri 1 Kupang. The research method used is a qualitative description. Data sources were taken using observation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the observation that the English teacher majoring in tourism, SMK Negeri 1 Kupang uses two types of teaching strategies, namely acceptance teaching strategies and discovery teaching strategies. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that Teaching acceptance is what the teacher plays an active role in presenting information to students, namely from general matters to more specific issues. After that, students are allowed to think about the application of the concepts learned. Discovery teaching is in which the teacher presents realities, cases, or problems to students. Then understand and solve it. Students find and express ideas, concepts, and ideas that can be brought into a broader study, especially in tourism.

This research entitled An analysis of the educational value of Bob Marley’s songs. Based on the songs of Bob Marley in general, this study aims to describe the educational values contained in the lyrics of the songs. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods to find out the results. The researchers carry out the necessary data collection activities followed by processing the data with the specified techniques. The results of data analysis and interpretation showed that in the lyrics of Bob Marley's songs there are educational values that are 1) Religious Value. Nenotek2 Norci Beeh3 The author's title is “Descriptive Study of Factors Influencing Students' English Learning Motivation and Teacher Teaching Strategies Used to Increase Student Learning Motivation in SMP PGRI Haumenibaki” This thesis has two problem formulations which answer the factors that influence learning motivation and strategies teacher in teaching. To answer this question, the authors used a qualitative approach, therefore the data was presented in the form of a questionnaire given to 25 students, the authors found the cause of the influence of student learning motivation and teacher teaching strategies that occurred in the learning process in the classroom and found that they were still less motivated to learn because they are less interested in learning English, the proof is from the results of the questionnaire that there are still many students who answer disagree and overall the teacher's teaching strategy in increasing student learning motivation can be said to be going well. The factors that influence the teacher's strategy in increasing student learning motivation are: Teachers, students, facilities and infrastructure, time allocation and student environment. Therefore it can be said that the factors that influence student motivation and teacher strategies still occur anywhere under any circumstances and cannot be avoided from the educational environment.

Background: Teachers are professional educators with the main duty are educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, evaluating, and developing students in education. This study refers to the research problem regarding how is the role of physical education teachers in developing the students' mentally during offline and online learning.
Research Objectives: This study aims to find out the role of physical education teachers in mentally development of students when offline and online learning.
Research Method: This study used a qualitative research. The subject in this study is the physical education teacher at SMA Negeri 8 Kupang City. The data collection techniques that used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation, the data analysis used was descriptive qualitative.
Result and Discussion: Physical education teacher's role in developing students' mentally can be done well in learning, because the physical education teachers are able to apply their role as an educators who are responsible for students in physical education, sport, and health learning. In the implementation of education, the teachers have a very important duty, namely guiding and directing the students so that they can grow and develop optimally.
Conclusion: The physical education teachers play an important role in the developing the students’ mentally when learning in the classroom nor the field so that students are more than disciplined and on time in learning. The physical education teachers can motivate the students with an appreciation or sanction given to students.

In general, for students, teachers are often used as role models, even become self-identification figures, so applying social competence is essential. Research objectives: This study aims to determine the application of social competence in physical education, sport, and health learning. Research method: This study used a descriptive qualitative research method. The subjects in this study were grade VI students, physical education teachers, and non-physical education teachers at SD Kanino, Amabi Oefeto District, Kupang Regency. The data collection techniques used 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation to complete the research data. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. Results and discussion: The application of teacher social competence in physical education learning makes teachers can be 1) inclusive, 2) objective, 3) non-discriminatory, 4) communicate subjectively, 5) empathize, 6) polite, 7) able to adapt, 8) able to communicate orally and in writing. Conclusion: The application of teacher social competence in physical education learning is where the teacher can communicate and interact with students, fellow educators, the school environment, and the school community.
