The research problem in this study was that: What is the process of implementation of Jigsaw technique in teaching speaking?. This research aims to describe the process of the implementation of Jigsaw technique in teaching speaking by the teacher through videos. This research used documentation technique, to describe the processes of Jigsaw technique in learning process. Based on data collected of watching videos by used Jigsaw technique there was nine steps in applied Jigsaw technique in learning process, there were:1) Students are divided into 5 to 6 persons in each group; 2)The teacher appoints one student in each group to be the group leader; 3) The material is divided into 5-6 segments and distributed for each member of the group; 4) Each student ought to study their own part of material; 5) The teacher gives time for students to read and understand the part of the material given. 6) Forming the Jigsaw group in which the student of should gather to with the student with same material. This is called the “expert group”; 7) Students return to their home/Jigsaw group and teach their peer in their Jigsaw group; 8) The teacher floats from the group in order to observe the process; 9)the teacher gives a quiz on the material. Based on nine steps that applied in Jigsaw technique the writer concluded that in applied Jigsaw technique teacher should applied nine steps to make Jigsaw Technique is effective. In applied Jigsaw technique its needs team work and all students should have responsibility in their group and also their segment

Strategi alternatif yang dapat dilakukan oleh PT Mitra Sinar Jaya antara lain strategi Strenghts Opportunities (SO) yaitu mempertahankan jaminan kualitas yang sudah ada, peningkatan pelayanan terhadap konsumen, dan pemberian apresiasi (penghargaan) khusus bagi karyawan yang berprestasi. Strategi Strenghts Threats (ST) yaitu : mampertahankan pangsa pasar yang sudah ada dan menetapkan strategi harga. Strategi Weaknesses Opportunities (WO) yaitu: dengan melakukan efisiensi biaya dan melakukan kegiatan promosi dengan lebih gencar lagi. Strategi Weaknesses Threaths (WT) yaitu: dengan mengoptimalkan penjualan secara langsung dan menjalin kerja sama yang baru dengan perusahaan pemasok supplier bibit. Penelitian ini berujudul “PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM E-FILING DAN KESADARAN WAJIB PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK ORANG PRIBADI (KPP) PRATAMA DI WILAYAH KOTA KUPANG). Masalah yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah “Penerapan Sistem E-filing Dan Kesadaran Wajib Pajak Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi” (KPP Pratama di Wilayah Kota Kupang). Serta yang menjadi persoalan penelitian ini adalah Apakah PenerapanSistem E-filing berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dalam penyampaian SPT tahunan? Apakahkesadaranwajibpajakberpengaruhterhadapwajibpajak ? Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruhpenerapansistem e-filing dankesadaranwajibpajakterhadapkepatuhanwajibpajakpada Kantor KPP Pratama Kota Kupang. Padabagianinimemberikangambarangambaranumummengenaikisaranteoritis, kisaranaktual, rata-rata (mean)danstandardeviasidarimasing-masingvariabelyaitupenerapansistem e-filing, kesadaranwajibpajak, dankepatuhanwajibpajak. Berdasarkanhasilpenelitianmengenai “pengaruhpenerapansistem e-filing dankesadaranwajibpajakterhadapkepatuhanwajibpajak orang pribadi (pada KPP PratamaKupang). HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaPenerapansistem e-filing dankesadaranwajibpajakterbuktiberpengaruhpositifsignifikanterhadapKepatuhanWajibPajak.

ABSTRACT
This research is about the Implementation of Online Learning Process by Lecturers at English Education Study Program of Artha Wacana Christian University during Covid-19 pandemic. The objectives of this research are (1) to find out the implementation on online learning process by lecturers at English Education Study Program of Artha Wacana Christian University during Covid-19 pandemic (2) to find out the problems found in the implementation on online learning process by lecturers at English Education Study Program of Artha Wacana Christian University during Covid-19 pandemic. The method of this research was Qualitative Research with descriptive qualitative method, there is quesionnaire. From the results of this research, the researcher found that the lecturers do four steps in the implementation online learning with several activities, such as: 1) Preparation, send the learning material before the class starts; 2) Activity, create a group discussion, individual presentation, blended learning, and project based learning; 3) Tasks, give some task for students; and 4) Discussion, give comments and correction. From the result of this research, the researcher found that in the implementation of online learning process has four problems faced by lecturers, such as: 1) Internet data, use private internet data; 2) Internet network, bad internet connection; 3) Facilities, laptop or computer and mobile phone; and 4) Students’ participation, less participation and active participation.

ABSTRACT
This thesis is entitled “The Implementation Of Lesson Planning Of An Online Learning By The Teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang”. The problem is how is the implementation of an online learning lesson planning by the English teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang? and What are the inhibition factors in the implementation of an online learning lesson planning by the English teachers at SMP N 10 Kupang? This study aims of this study are to find out how is the implementation of an online learning lesson planning and what are the inhibition factors of an online learning lesson planning. Research method in this research is used descriptive qualitative method. Data resource is the English teacher’s at SMP N 10 Kupang. The researcher used interview to collect the data. The results of this research showed that there are seven steps implementation of an online learning lesson planning, they are Access, arriving, information exchange, building knowledge, facility, development and media. And also this research found five inhibition factors in the implementation of an on online learning of lesson planning these steps include: (1) choosing and defining the object of learning (2) ascertaining student prior knowledge on the object of learning (3) planning and Implementing a designed lesson (4) evaluating the lesson to the extent student have developed the target values (5) reporting and disseminating the results.
