AKUNTANSI MANAJEMEN

Organisasi adalah sekelompok orang yang bekerjasama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Organisasi dapat digolongkan menjadi : (1) organisasi berorientasi laba dan (2) organisasi berorientasi nir-laba. Golongan pertama, tujuan primanya adalah laba. Sedangkan tujuan lainnya, seperti status yang mantap didalam masyarakat, merupakan tujuan sekunder. Adapun golongan kedua, tujuan primanya selain laba. Tujuan tersebut dapat berupa penyediaan jasa pendidikan, perawatan kesehatan, melayani aktivitas keagamaan, dan lain sebagainya. Laba dapat menjadi tujuan sekunder untuk menjaga kelangsungan usahanya, dan boleh jadi tidak menjadi tujuan sekunder sama sekali.

Implementasi Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Di UMKM

Buku ini terdiri dari 7 bab yang diawali dengan bagian pendahuluan berisi tentang latar belakang pentingnya implementasi standar akuntansi keuangan di UMKM. Bab selanjutnya secara berurutan membahas pencatatan keuangan di UMKM, roadmap standar akuntansi keuangan di UMKM, SAK EMKM, implementasi SAK di UMKM, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi implementasi SAK di UMKM, dan bagian penutup. METODE PENELITIAN

Sasaran utama pembaca buku ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir tujuh-delapan di Fakultas Ekonomi dalam rumpun ilmu Ekonomi, Manajemen, Akuntansi dan Keuangan yang sedang mempelajari mata kuliah metode penelitian. Juga mahasiswa yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir. Buku ini sengaja disusun untuk menuntun-mengarahkan mahasiswa menulis skripsi, tesis, disertasi, sekaligus berperan ‘kapal sekali berlayar’ sebagai buku ajar dan referensi bagi bapak/ibu dosen pengampu mata kuliah metodologi penelitian. Buku ini memudahkan mahasiswa untuk memahami bagaimana membuat proposal, melaksanakan penelitian sampai ke membuat laporan hasil penelitian. Buku ini penting untuk dimiliki mahasiswa jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi, Manajemen dan Akuntansi. Outline penulisan buku ini disusun berdasarkan silabus mata kuliah metode penelitian di FE ditambah sedikit ‘bab reform’ yang dianggap penting seperti AUMA (Alat Ukur Model Analisis). Untuk memudahkan pemahaman para mahasiswa, pembahasannya disusun ke dalam beberapa bab dan subbab yang terdiri dari tujuh belas bab. Setiap bab sudah ada petunjuk pembelajarannya. Dalam proses perkuliahan sudah mengandung indikator pembelajaran; Audience; Behavior; Condition; dan Degree (ABCD). Juga terdapat soal-soal esai sebagai ajang latihan mahasiswa sebelum menghadapi ujian tengah semester (UTS) dan ujian akhir semester (UAS).</p><p></p> <p></p><p>Berdasarkan pengalaman menulis selama menjadi dosen pengampu, pembimbing, konsultan, penguji mata kuliah metodologi penelitian dan merasakan keluh-kesahnya mahasiswa ketika memulai menulis skripsi, tesis dan disertasi dirasa perlu disusun buku ini. Kesulitan mahasiswa pada umumnya adalah karena mereka kurang memahami aspek metodologi penelitian, mulai dari (a) merumuskan masalah; (b) memilih obyek/subyek yang akan diteliti; (c) memilih topik teori-variabel-indikator; (d) menentukan alat ukur-model analisis AUMA; (e) memilih metode/teknik penelitian; (f) teknik mengambil sampel (teknik sampling); (g) prosedur pengumpulan data hingga sampai ke (h) pengolahan data. Secara substansial isi/fungsi subjudul penelitian ada di bab sebelas. Memang menulis karya ilmiah itu tidak mudah. Tidak ada yang sulit, bila mahasiswa mau bekerja keras, cerdas, tekun dan tidak mudah putus asa. Di samping memiliki buku metode penelitian ini, disarankan juga anda memahami aplikasi statistik (bila penelitian kuantitatif) dan teori akuntansi, teori manajemen, teori ekonomi yang terkait dengan topik penelitian anda. Kajian Deskriptif Tentang Strategi Dosen dalam Mengajar Extensive Reading di Masa Pandemic Covid-19 (Study Kasus di Program Study Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang Tahun Akademik 2019/2020)

Penelitian ini berjudul “Kajian Deskriptif Tentang Strategi Dosen dalam Mengajar Extensive Reading di Masa Pandemic Covid-19 (Study Kasus di Program Study Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana Kupang Tahun Akademik 2019/2020)”' Penulis merumuskan dua pertanyaan penelitian yaitu: (1) Apa jenis strategi yang dipakai oleh dosen dalam mengajar extensive reading di masa pandemi Covid-19? dan (2) Bagaimana perspektif dosen dalam mengajar extensive reading di masa pandemi Covid-19?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis strategi yang dipakai dosen dalam mengajar di masa pandemi dan untuk mengetahui respon dari siswa terhadap strategis- trategiyang dipakai dosen ketika mengajar extensive reading pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Data diambil dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam dengan dosen yang mengajar extensive reading pada masa pandemic Covid-19 dan penulis mentranskripsikan dan menganalisis data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dalam melakukan penelitian ini. Terdapat tujuh jenis strategi mengajar yang dipakai dosen ketika mengajar extensive reading pada masa pandemic Covid-19, yang pertama Memilih materi yang mudah, kedua siswa bebas untuk menentukan materi mana yang ia sukai untuk dibaca, ketiga menyediakan beragama bahan bacaan, keempat membaca secara tenang dan dalam hati, yang kelima Penyesuaian dalam membimbing siswa, yang keenam sebagai role model dalam belajar dan yang terakhir menggunakan media online dalam proses belajar. Berikutnya untuk mengetahui perspektif dari dosen penulis mendistribusikan kuisioner dan mendapat respon sebagai berikut; pertama siswa merasa kesulitan dengan belajar online, kedua siswa merasa sulit untuk mengerti dengan penjelasan dari dosen ketika mengajar menggunakam aplikasi zoom dikrenakan batasan waktu yang ada, ketiga mereka merasa terbeban karena mendapat tugas yang begitu banyak tetapi dengan batasan waktu yang diberikan yang terakhir, siswa merasa bahwa pembelajaran online kurang menyenangkan karena beberapa alasan seperti; sulit berinteraksi dengan sesama teman, terkadang dosen memberikan tugas tanpa menjelaskan materi dan merasa kesulitan karena kuota internet yang terbatas.

Modern Control Engineering

The book is divided into ten chapters with the first chapter being a very brief introduction to classical control theory. The second chapter gives the classical design techniques using Bode plots and root locus technique. Analysis of discrete time systems is presented in Chapter 3 using z-transforms. Chapter 4, 5 and 6 deal with state space modelling, solution of state equation and design of control systems using state space model with a glimpse on the design of observers, and state feed back controller. Chapter 7 and 8 deal with nonlinear systems, the former on phase plane analysis and the latter on describing function method. Even though both these methods were developed long time back, these methods are still useful to get some insight into the behaviour of nonlinear systems. Chapter 9 discusses in depth the Lyapunov's method for stability analysis of systems and Chapter 10 is a brief introduction to concepts and methods of optimal control.
