The title of this writing was. AN ANALYSIS OF CHARACTER EDUCATION VALUES IN ENGLISH BOOK ENTITLED BRIGHT AN ENGLISH SCHOOL PUBLISHED BY ERLANGGA. The research problem of this study are, what are the character education values found in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga? And how to analyze the character education values in the book when English rings a bell. The purpose of this study was to. To find out the character of education values in English textbook entitled bright an English school published by erlangga. The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of the importance in Indonesia is in this case how we can respect each other. Education is the basic foundation of one’s character both in the school environment and in the community and surrounding areas This is a qualitative research, this research includes, the analysis of the values of character education in the book when English rings A bell is found in a book that describe the values of a person’s character. And then researcher uses observation documentation. This analysis, the researcher uses the opinion of Licona. By analyzing the values of character education in the book When English rings A bell. Then the most found is (8) religion, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democratic.

The title of this writing is "Descriptive Study of the Values Contained in Children Stories by Arleen Amidjaja". The research problem of the study is what are the types of values contained in the children stories by Arleen Amidjaja, and what is the dominant value used in the children stories by Arleen Amidjaja. The purpose of this study is to analyze the values contained in the children stories by Arleen Amidjaja and to find out what types of values are the most dominant in the stories . This is a Qualitative research. This research is to find out what values are contained in the story, and to find out what types of values are the most dominant in the story by using data analysis. The result of the study show that there are 5 types of values in the story, namely: social value, moral value, value of truth , beauty value and religious value. In the stories by Arleen Amidjaja it is also know that there is one type of value that is very dominant namely Moral value. In addition, the author makes conclusions to be a motivation for the readers.

AN ANALYSIS ON THE MEANING OF FAREWELL SONG LYRICS IN “BONET” ABSTRACT Student Supervisor1 Supervisor2 Anita S.S. Bantaika Seprianus A Nenotek, S.Pd., M.Pd Alfred Snae, S.Pd., M.Pd This research entitled an analysis on the meaning of farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The purposes of this research are to know the meaning and the value contained in the farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method to find the result. The writer conducted this research in TTS Regency, Noebana district, Noebana village, especially Noebana Primary School. The researcher here used a research instrument, questions related to the lyrics of the Bonet in the process of conducting research. The all data was collected the first through the appearance of Bonet performs (sixth grades students) at Noebana Primary School and the second through interview with (traditional elders) or people who know about the meaning and the values contained in the farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The result of this study shows that there are five types of meanings namely: didactic meaning, sociological meaning, historical meaning, cultural meaning and aesthetic meaning. And then there are four types of values namely: ethical values, aesthetic values, religious values and the last social values.

ABSTRACT
The title of this research was “A Descriptive Study on Moral Values Found in Movie “Nim’s Island” The research problems of the study are; what are the types of moral values found in the movie “Nim’s Island”?, and what are the meaning of moral values found in the movie “Nim’s Island”? The aims of study are to analyze; the types of moral values found in the movie “Nim’s Island” and the meaning of moral values found in the movie “Nim’s Island” The method used in this research was qualitative method. The data of this research was taken from the movie “Nim’s Island”. The instrument used in this study was documentary; it was namely the script of the movie. 1) The types of moral values found in the movie were namely; a) Bravery, b) Enthusiasm, c) Kindhearted, d) Honesty, e) Love and Affection, f) Loyalty, g) Sacrificing for Other and h) Self-Confidence. 2) The meaning of this study for example: Honesty; the moral value of honesty can be found in the movie, when Daddy wants to say good night to Nim. The writer hopes this study can add more knowledge to the readers about the moral values found in every movie.
