This study deal with investigating the use of conjunction in short movie human trafficking use uab meto by March Almen YouTube channel. This study aims to discover the types and the dominant type of conjunction in short movie human trafficking by March Almen. Qualitative content analysis was utilized in this study. The source of the data was taken from March Almen YouTube channel entitled human trafficking published in 2017. The data weres analyzed by using taxonomy of conjunction stated by Haryoni-charty (2008). From the analysis, it was concluded that there to be 2 types of conjunction used in the data namely coordinate conjunction and subordinate conjunction, in coordinate conjunction the writer found 4 types of conjunction, namely ; Cumulative conjunction, alternative conjunction, adversative conjunction, and illative conjunction, then the dominant type of conjunction found by cumulative conjunction with 4 occurrences (28,6%), which is successively followed by alternative conjunction with 3 occurrences (21,5%), illative type 3 occurrences (21,5%), adversative type with 2 occurrences (14,2%), and the last one is subordinate conjunction with 2 occurrences (14,2%).

NAOMI SELAN (2020\2021 ) A PREMINARY STUDY ON STUDENT’S ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE ON ENGLISH PARTS OF SPEECH IN SMP NEGERI 2 SOUTH AMANATUN ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/2021 This study aims to find out students knowledge about parts of speech which consists of nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, prepositions, article conjunctions, and to determine students' understanding of part of speech at SMP N 2 Amanatun Selatan. To determine student learning, the researcher used a multiple-choice test and the author also used three kinds of assessment methods, namely, good, bad and bad. The results of the study show that most students poor grades compared to good grades. The reason why students get poor grades is because students lack material and students also cannot speak English. So the researchers concluded that the ability of the part of speech component of students at SMP Negeri 2 Amanatun Selatan still did not meet the learning standards. The reason is that students lack time to study, because there is only one English teacher so they learn less English and most students cannot speak English so they learn English when they enter school and they learn more English when the teacher provide theory. At first they did not know what to do and how to respond but as they spoke they had a conversation. ABSTRACT
This thesis is entitled A Descriptive Study on Conjunctions Found in the Jakarta Post Newspaper published March 2021. The problems are: what are the types of conjunctions found in Jakarta Post newspaper published March in 2021, (2) what are the dominant of conjunctions found in Jakarta post newspaper published March in 2021? This study aims at describing the types of conjunctions found in Jakarta post newspaper published march 2021, and the dominant type of conjunctions found in Jakarta post newspaper published March 2021. In this research the writer used the qualitative method, to describe and explain the types of conjunction found in newspapers. After analyzing the data, the writer found that there were three types of conjunction found namely: Coordinating conjunction, subordinating conjunction, and correlative conjunction. The result of this study, the research finds conjunction is: and, nor, or, but, then, for, that, as, if, when, because, though, while, since, before, with and after. The newspaper found amount total of 131 words using the conjunction. found the dominant type of conjunction is correlative conjunction amount total of 70
