This research entitled “A Morphosyntax Analysis of The Pronouns in Alurung Language”. The research problems of this study are: 1). What are the types of the pronouns in Alurung language? 2) How are the pronouns in alurung language used in sentence?. The aims are 1) To describe the types of the pronouns in Alurung language. 2) To describe how the pronouns in Alurung language used in sentence. This research concerned on morphosintax analysis of pronouns in Alurung Language, the used of pronouns in sentence. The data was collected from audio recording that take place in Kokar village, Adang sub-district, Northwest Alor. The method used is descriptive qualitative. There were ten informants that the writer record as the subject of this study. The techniques of data analysis used in this study are transcribing the recording, identifying and classifying the types of pronouns and describing the use of the pronouns in sentence. The result of this study shows that there are 4 types of pronouns found in Alurung language. First, there are 6 personal pronouns such as go, no, mo, fe, kame, ite. Second, there are 4 demonstrative pronouns such as ha, kia, kalli, falli. Third, there are 5 indefinite pronouns such as pirasae, maffa, punamu, apatou, fonokong. Fourth, there are 4 interrogative pronouns such as namongga, erpira, parnang, fiaru, pai. The pronouns have been described by using the 4 types of pronouns.

ABSTRAK Pinang merupakan tanaman industri yang bermanfaat bagi manusia. Proses pengeringan pinang biasadilakukan dengan cara menjemurnya disaat panas, namun cara tersebut kurang efektif karena memerlukan waktu lama, tempat luas, dan panas matahari, sehingga saatmalam atau saat hujan proses pengeringan tidak dapat dilanjutkan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan alat pengering pinang otomatis yang dapat digunakan secara terus menerus dan tidak tergantung kepada kondisi cuaca sebagai syarat utama pengeringan. Alatini terdir dari heater sebagai pemanas udara dalam ruang pengering, sensor DHT11 sebagai pendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban,fan sebagai sumber sirkulasi udara di dalam box pengering, LCD 16x2 sebagai penampil suhu, kelembaban, dan menggunakan Arduino sebagai mikrokontroler yang diprogram untuk menjalankan perangkat dan mengatur suhu ruang pengering, suhu ruang pengering dirancang dengan suhu maksimal 50°C. apabila suhu lewat dari 50°C heater dan fan akan berhenti bekerja dan apabila suhu kurang dari 50°C maka heater dan fan akan aktif lagi untuk memanaskan ruangan.

A SYNTACTIC ANALYSIS ON NOUN PHRASES IN MAUTA DIALECT ABSTRACT Kolly Nia Amelia 1 Jacob June A 2 Maromon Eltina.3 This study under a title “A syntactic Analysis on Noun Phrases in Mauta Dailect” The problem is“ What are the types of noun phrase in Mauta Dialect? What are noun phrase rules that found in Mauta Dialect? The Aims are to identify the types of noun phrase in Mauta Dialect and to identify noun phrase rules in Mauta Dialect. The Instruments is using interview, which taken from the people in Kaka Mauta villages. The writer takes one by one the Kaka Mauta native speaker from the village. Which the writer previously involved ten speakers of Mauta Dialect, writer a phone to make an audio voice record of each speaker. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The analysis has been done to find out the types of noun phrases in Mauta dialect, namely; noun modified by noun, noun modified by adjective, and noun modified by preposition. the result of the data shows Mauta dialect has rules of NPs, Namely: (1)NP N ,(2)NP Pro , (3)NP Det+N,(4)NP N+Det, (5) NP N+Adj, (6) NP N+N, (7)NP N+Conj+N,(8)NP N+PP, (9)NP N+Adj+Det,(10) NP Det+Poss+N. Mauta dialect has syntactic noun phrase to make sententes. For example; Haname Mauta and Petrus tame Alor. The sentence has rules N N+N(haname Mauta),NP N+ PP (petrus tame Alor).Based on the results, it is assumed that the speakers on Mauta dialect Might face difficulties in learning English as foreign language because they speak their language since they were born in Mauta dialect community and they use Mauta dialect as their first.

NAOMI SELAN (2020\2021 ) A PREMINARY STUDY ON STUDENT’S ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE ON ENGLISH PARTS OF SPEECH IN SMP NEGERI 2 SOUTH AMANATUN ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/2021 This study aims to find out students knowledge about parts of speech which consists of nouns, pronouns, adjectives, verbs, adverbs, prepositions, article conjunctions, and to determine students' understanding of part of speech at SMP N 2 Amanatun Selatan. To determine student learning, the researcher used a multiple-choice test and the author also used three kinds of assessment methods, namely, good, bad and bad. The results of the study show that most students poor grades compared to good grades. The reason why students get poor grades is because students lack material and students also cannot speak English. So the researchers concluded that the ability of the part of speech component of students at SMP Negeri 2 Amanatun Selatan still did not meet the learning standards. The reason is that students lack time to study, because there is only one English teacher so they learn less English and most students cannot speak English so they learn English when they enter school and they learn more English when the teacher provide theory. At first they did not know what to do and how to respond but as they spoke they had a conversation. ABSTRACT The title of this study is “A DESCRIPTIVE STUDY ON NOUN OF GAURA LANGUAGE (A LANGUAGE SPOKEN IN WEST SUMBA) ”. The aims of this study are to find out the forms of nouns in Gaura. The informants of the research are three native speakers of Gaura language who live in Gaura village.The instrument of collecting data is questionnaire. Dealing with the 60 Indonesian sentences and the writer asks to the informants to translate into the Gaura language, the writer identified the data and classified the nouns based on the forms. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In analyzing the data, the writer found four forms of noun in Gaura language, they are: (1) concrete : a). Common noun : Ra’ jara do nadi Marten, b). Proper noun : Baba gu ngara nai Timotiusui, c). Collective noun : Olebei gu wali da la Garo and d). material noun : Ole gu koha pahla nage la loko and abstract noun: Na’ toyo mayega nage katena, (2) countable noun : Na’ lakeda malengo nage la pihaka and uncountable noun : Iyo kah nage moh la pahara, (3) singular noun : Na’ boga pala nage la pinya and plural noun : Ra’ hapi mu dage ruba and (4) gender : a) masculine gender : Angwu nai Marten kalete jara nage, b) feminine gender : lawinne nai Natan halako nage la pahara and c). common gender : totu na wo da ni omaha Key Words : Descriptive study , Noun , Gaura Language

ABSTRACT
This research entitled A Grammatical Analysis of Pronouns in Waijewa Language. The research problems of this study are: 1). what are the forms and types of pronouns in Waijewa language? 2) How are those pronouns used in clause? The aims are 1) to identify and describe the forms and types of pronouns in Waijwa language, 2) to describe the used of those pronouns in clauses. This research concerned on grammatical analysis of pronouns in Waijewa language, the used of pronouns in clauses. The data was collected from video recording that take place in Waimangura sub-district. The method used is descriptive qualitative. There were four informants that the writer record as the subject of this study. The techniques of data analysis used in this study are transcribing the recording, identifying and classifying the types of pronouns forms and describing the use of the pronouns in clause. The result of this study shows that there are 7 types of pronouns found in Waijewa language. First, there are 7 personal pronouns such as yauwa, yo’u, nya, yamme, hitto, hidda, yemmi. Second, there are 6 possessive pronouns such as nggu, mu, nya, ma, ndi. Third, there are 6 reflexive pronouns such as dounggu, doumu, nyadou, dounda, doundi. Fourth, there are 4 demonstrative pronouns such as newe, neke, nawa, naka. Fifth, 2 reciprocal pronouns such as ia waddeka. Sixth, there are 5 interrogative pronouns such as nggara, nggei, appa. Seventh, there are 3 relative pronouns such as nakka, nggarra nggei. The pronouns have been described by using the 8 types of pronouns. The entire pronouns are used as a subject or as an object either as independent clause or dependent clause.

ABSTRACT AN ANALYSIS OF NOUN PHRASE FOUND IN RAMONA AND BEEZUS MOVIE This thesis is entitled “An Analysis of Noun Phrase found in Ramona and Beezus Movie”. Movie is one of the media that is often used to learn English. Based on observations, the researcher found that many people can speak English well but might difficult to understand the sentence structures. Strumpf, 1999:32 states that noun phrase can be used to learn sentence structure as they mostly used in a complete sentence. There Are many noun phrases used in Ramona and Beezus movie dialogue. Therefore, the researcher is interested to know what are the types of noun phrases in the movie. The aims of this study is to find out the types of noun phrases found in Ramona and Beezus movie. In the research used descriptive qualitative method. The data resource of this research is a family movie entitled Ramona and Beezus. This research used dialogue text documentation to collect data. To analyze the data, the researcher use Jackson theory and explain it in tabular form. The results of this research, concluded that there are three types of noun phrases found in the Ramona and Beezus movie namely head, premodifier and postmodifier. The most dominant type of the three types of noun phrases is the head. It can be proven by the number of noun phrases collected about 542 head.
