A DESCRIPTIVE STUDY ON ENGLISH LEARNING STRATEGY FOUND IN TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS ON YOUTUBE VIDEOS

The title of this writing “A Descriptive Study on English Learning Strategy Found in Teaching and Learning Process on Youtube Videos” The research problems of the study were: 1) What are the types of learning strategies applied by the teacher on youtube video? and 2) How are the teacher on Youtube applied the learning strategies in teaching and learning? The method used in this writing is qualitative method. The data of this resarch was taken from three youtube videos. The writer collected and analyzed: 1) The types of learning strategies applied by the teacher on youtube video and 2) The teacher on Youtube applied the learning strategies in teaching and learning. After analyzed the data, the writer found that the types and the meaning of learning strategies applied by the teacher on youtube video namely: 1) Direct learning strategies (direct instruction), 2) Indirect learning strategy (indirect instruction), 3) Interactive learning strategies (interactive instruction) dan 4) Independent learning strategy. The writer hope this research can add more knowledge about teaching strategies in teaching and learning process.

PENGARUH LABA TERHADAP LIKUIDITAS PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR KONTRUKSI BANGUNAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun data 2016-2020 antara lain : PT Acset Indonusa Tbk, PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk, PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk, PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk, PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk, PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk, PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, PT Wijaya Karya (persero) Tbk. PT Waskita Karya (persero) Tbk.. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam pelitian ini penulis menggunakan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi, studi pustaka yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder, melalui jurnal, artikel dan penelitian terdahulu yang sesuai dengan penelitian, studi dokumentasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari perusahaan kontruksi banguan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, serta dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia www.idx.co.id.. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan uji statistic(uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel laba berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel likuiditas pada perusahaan subsektor kontruksi bangunan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil ini dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil Uji t : hasil dibuktikan dengan thitung > t tabel yaitu 2,414 > 2,01063. Sehingga keputusan yang diambil adalah Ha diterima hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik perolehan laba perusahaan akan meningkatkan likuiditas perusahan subsektor kontruksi bangunan di buersa efek Indonesia.

KAPITA SELEKTA METODOLOGI PENELITIAN

Buku metodologi penelitian merupakan buku wajib bagi dosen, mahasiswadan praktisi. Terutama bagi mahasiswa semester akhir mulai sarjana (S1), master (S2), hingga doktor (S3). Mempelajari metodologi penelitian ini sangatlah perlu. Tidak terkecuali dosen pembimbing skripsi, tesis maupun disertasi. Memang setiap penelitian memiliki karakteristik tersendiri. Tergantung pendekatan kuantitatif atau kualitatif. Tetapi secara substansial kaidah-kaidah utamanya sama. Semua penelitian dapat dipastikan akan selalu melewati ‘jembatan’ prosedur ilmiah dan metode ilmiah. Buku ini awalnya merupakan dokumen pribadi editor yang mengoleksi tulisan-tulisan dari para tutor yang memberikan materi pelatihan/penataran Dasar-dasar Metodologi Penelitian bagi para dosen tetap di lingkungan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Walaupun sudah lama, tetapi orisinalitas artikelnya tetap penting, aktual untuk dipelajari, tidak ‘lapuk’ dilindas zaman. semoga bermanfaat bagi generasi muda masa kini, era milenial hingga masa mendatang. Walaupun sudah ada digitalisasi software statistik, hingga kini belum ada yang bisa merubah konsep-rumus asalnya. Tetap mahasiswa perlu memahami metode penelitian dan olah data statistik secara manual-konseptual sekaligus teori untuk tafsir, analisis serta pemaknaan hasil riset.
