Berdasarkan Hasil Analisis diperoleh bahwa PT. Rotendo Permai telah menerapkan perhitungan pajak penghasilan PPh pasal 21 sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Perpajakan No. 36 Tahun 2008 yang berlaku namun perlu adanya rincian perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 dari PT. Rotendo Permai kepada pegawai untuk mengetahui penghitungan, pemotongan, pembayaran dan pencatatan akuntansi yang berlaku sesuai PPh Pasal 21. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 pada PT. Rotendo Permai sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, hal ini sejalan dengan peraturan perpajakan yang berlaku di Indonesia sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan No. 36 tahun 2008. Kajian kinerja kelembagaan P3A di daerah irigasi Pumang Desa Tanglapui Kec.Alor Timur Kab.Alor

ABSTRAK KAJIAN KINERJA KELEMBAGAAN P3A DI DAERA IRIGASI PUMANG DESA TANGLAPUI KECAMATAN ALOR TIMUR KABUPATEN ALOR Mokoni S. Y *) N.P.P.E. Nainiti **) Makaborang M***) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja kelembagaan P3A daerah Irigasi Pumang, Desa Tanglapui, Kecamatan Alor Timur, Kabupaten Alor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk pemecahan masalah dengan cara mengumpulkan data pada daerah irigasi Pumang Desa Tanglapui. Hasil pengamatan kinerja kelembagaan P3A dengan adanya Organisasi Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air dapat Terorganisir dengan baik dalam upaya Memenuhi Kebutuhan Air ke Lahan. Menjaga Saluran Irigasi pelaksanaan Pemeliharaan Saluran Irigasi dan Organisasi Personalia di P3A di Derah Irigasi Pumang. Sehingga terdapat 6 responden yang menyatakan Sangat Baik dengan presentase 30 %, sedangkan petani yang menyatakan Baik terdapat 9 responden dengan presentase 45% dan petani yang menyatakan Kurang Baik terdapat 5 responden dengan presentase 25 %. Maka dari itu penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Kinerja Kelembagaan P3A di Daerah Irigasi Pumang tergolong Baik. Sementara untuk struktur organisasi menunjukan bahwa ada pula aset organisasi belum dimaksimalkan dengan baik.
