[email protected] Background: based on observations and observationsof class 9 A studentsat SMP Negeri 1 Rote Barat Daya that their students have long known the learning material for the small ball game of takraw, both through the teaching and learning processat school (intra- curricularand extra- curricular) evenoutside school hours ( communityenvironment), butamong the students thems elves, SMP Negeri 1 Rote Barat Daya stilllacksanunderstanding of the ability to perform the basicmotions of kicking the precepts. . Research objectives: To findout the Preceptsof Soccer Takraw in Extracurricular Activities. Research method: The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used through observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques in this study, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion: Extracurricular activities are activities that are out side the program written in the curriculum and generally the school provides time for the implementation of these activities. Apart from developing students' talent sandinterests, SMP N 1 Rote Barat Daya alsogoes through extra activities aimedat divertingone' spersonality towards a mature personality and increasingunder standing. Conclusion: Fromtheresultsofthe study it wasconcluded that extracurricular activities them selvesaim todevelopstudents' talents, personality, achievementandc reativity in order to develop a complete education.
