[email protected] Latar belakang: Guru penjasorkes dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pengajar di sekolah,. Harus mengedepan profesionalnya menujukan kinerja lebih baik lagi dari sebelumya bisa menjadi contoh dan motivasi bagi siswa di sekolah karena merupakan penentu keberhasilan belajar di sekolah Mengenai prespsepsi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru penyelenggaraan pembelajaran penjasorkes sehingga memenuhi standar kompetensi yang di harapkan. Tujuan penelitian: Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Persepsi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru Penjasorkes di SD Negeri Kuanino Kota Kupang. Metode penelitian: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, sesuai dengan tujuan agar dapat memperoleh data dengan lengkap tentang Persepsi Kepala Sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Penjasorkes di SD Negeri Kuanino Kota Kupang Hasil dan pembahasan:. : Berdasarkan paparan data hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Persepsi Kepala Sekolah Terhadap kinerja Guru Penjasorkes di SDN Kuanino Kupang Kota Kupang, di Nilai dari keterampilan Mengajarnya berdasarkan 4 kompetensi Guru yang lebih kusus untuk menilai kinerja Mengajarnya ya itu penilaian Keprofesionalnya dan pedagogik, yaitu hasil kinerja Guru penjasorkes di SDN Kuanino Kota Kupang yang di lakukan Wawancara dan berdasasarkan 12 indikator keterampilan mengajar Guru Penjasorkes yang di nilai oleh Kepala Sekolah dan Tata Usaha Sekolah menujukan Kinerja Guru penjasorkes Masi Kurang belum menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik. Simpulan: Guru penjasorkes Salah satu faktor utama yang mendukung Mutu pendidikan dalam menciptakan sumber Daya Manusia melalui proses belajar mengajar dengan demikian Guru penjasorkes harus punya kinerja mengajar yang berkualitas. [email protected] Background: Physical education teachers in carrying out their duties as teachers in schools must put forward their professionalism to show better performance than previously and it can be a role and motivation for students at school because it is a determinant of success in learning at school and regarding tothe principal's perception of the performance of teachers in the implementation of physical education learning so that it meets the expected competency standards. Research objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the Principal's Perception of Physical Education Teacher Performance at SD Negeri Kuanino, Kupang City. Researchmethod: The method used in this research is qualitative researchto obtain complete data on the Principal's Perception of the performance of Physical Education teachers at SD Negeri Kuanino, Kupang City. Result and Discussion. : Based on the exposure of the data, the results of the study showed that the Principal's Perception of the Performance of Physical Education Teachers at SD Negeri Kuanino Kupang, the teaching skills assessment based on 4 specific teachers competencies to assess the teaching performancethat were more specific to assessing their teaching performance, namely professional and pedagogical assessmentsasthe results of the teachers of physical education in sport and health performance at SDN Kuanino Kupang,which was interviewed and based on 12 indicators of physical education teacher teaching skills assessed by The Physical and school administration showed that physical Education Teacher Performance is still lacking in carrying out their duties properly Conclusion: Physical education teachers are one of the main factors that support the quality of education in creating human resources through the teaching and learning process.
