ABSTRAK ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK MAHASISWA CALON GURU BIOLOGI (Studi Kasus: Mahasiswa PPL-FKIP-PSPB Semester Ganjil Tahun 2022) Tupa, J.J)* Meha, A.M)** Nggadas, D.E.P)** Dalam proses pembelajaran kompetensi guru sangat penting. Ada 4 kompetensi guru yaitu kompetensi professional, pedagogik, sosial dan kepribadian.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana dalam melaksanakan PPL semester ganjil tahun 2022 di sekolah.Tujuan peneltian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru biologi dalam melaksanakan PPL.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan penelitian ini menggunakan subjek penelitian sebanyak 13 orang guru pamong.Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan yakni instrument angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru biologi menunjukkan kriteria baik dengan nilai rata-rata akhir sebesar 81,53 yang terdiri dari 7 indikator dengan hasil sebagai berikut: kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam menguasai karakteristik peserta didik sebesar 84.00% kategori sangat baik, kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam menguasai teori belajar dan prinsip pembelajaran yang mendidik sebesar 78,40% kategori baik, kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam pengembangan kurikulum sebesar 81,07% kategori baik, kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang mendidik sebesar 80,34% kategori baik, kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam pengembangan potensi peserta didik sebesar 81,60% kategori baik, kemampuan mahasiswa calon guru dalam komunikasi dengan peserta didik sebesar 84,20% kategori sangat baik, dan kemampuan mahasiswa calon dalam penilaian dan evaluasi sebesar 81,07% kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik mahasiswa calon guru biologi berada pada kategori baik. There are 4 teacher competencies, namely professional, pedagogic, social and personality competencies. This research was conducted to measure the extent to which the pedagogical competency abilities of prospective teacher students in the Biology Education Study Program at Artha Wacana Christian University in implementing Field Experience Practice(PPL) odd semester of 2022 at school. The purpose of this research is to analyze the pedagogical competence of prospective biology teacher students in implementing Field Experience Practice (PPL). This study used a qualitative descriptive method and this research used 13 tutors as subjects. The assessment instruments used were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of prospective biology teacher students showed good criteria with a final average score of 81.53 which consisted of 7 indicators with the following results: the ability of prospective teacher students to master the characteristics of students was 84.00% very good category, ability student teacher candidates in mastering learning theory and learning principles that educate are 78.40% good category, student teacher candidate skills in curriculum development are 81.07% good category, student teacher candidate abilities in educational learning activities are 80.34% category good, the ability of student teacher candidates in developing the potential of students is 81.60% in the good category, the ability of student teacher candidates in communicating with students is 84.20% in the very good category, and the ability of prospective students in assessment and evaluation is 81.07% good category. This shows that the pedagogical competence of prospective biology teacher students is in the good category.
