ABSTRACT MANAGEMENT OF THE PERMATA CUP VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT IN THE NORTHEAST ALOR DISTRICT, ALOR REGENERATION Semuel Maifa1*, David Loba2, Pnato W. [email protected] Background: There are a number of developments in the sports world that are currently accelerating pretty quickly, one of which is the development of a teamwork sport. Coaching and training in sports are part of initiatives to raise the standard of human resources. In Indonesia, coaching is focused on developing a person's character and personality, as well as their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, in order to boost accomplishments that can inspire a sense of national pride. Aim of Study: This study's objective was to learn more about the management style employed at the PERMATA Cup Volleyball Tournament in 2022. Research Methods: With a descriptive research design, this study employs a qualitative methodology. In this study, observation, interviews, and documentation were used as data collection methods. Findings and Discussion: The outcomes demonstrated that the organization of the PERMATA Cup Volleyball Tournament in 2022 was proceeding successfully and that each member had fulfilled their assigned responsibilities. Conclusion: The 2022 PERMATA Cup Volleyball Tournament's organizing committee has done a good job of carrying out its duties. because the organizing committee for the tournament performed the four management tasks of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.
