ABSTRAK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN POLA GERAK DASAR SISWA KELAS III MELALUI METODE TEAM GAMES TOURNAMENT DI SDK TUABATAN Marianus Tenis*, David Loba2, Yahya Jecson Palinata3 1,2,3Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Kristen Artha Wacana, Kupang, Indonesia email. [email protected] Latar belakang: Metode TGT (Team Games Tournament) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran kooperatif yang melibatkan seluruh aktivitas siswa tanpa ada perbedaan status sosial, melibatkan peran siswa sebagai tutor sebaya dan mengandung unsur belajar dengan bermain. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui keaktifan pola gerak dasar siswa kelas III melalui metode team games tournament di SDK Tuabatan. Metode penelitian: Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan empat komponen pokok yaitu: a) perencanaan atau planning, b) tindakan atau acting, c) pengamatan atau observing, d) refleksi atau reflection. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Hasil dan pembahasan: Hasil rekapitulasi pada siklus I diperoleh 13 orang siswa berkriteria Tidak Tuntas. Hasil pelaksanaan tes pada siklus II, diperoleh aspek lokomotor maka diperoleh 100% (13 orang siswa) yang berkriteria Tuntas, aspek nonlokomotor maka diperoleh 84,6% (11 orang siswa) yang berkriteria Tuntas dan 15, 4% (2 orang siswa) berkriteria Tidak Tuntas dan pada aspek manipulasi maka diperoleh 77% (10 orang siswa) yang berkriteria Tuntas dan 23% (3 orang siswa) berkriteria Tidak Tuntas dengan tidak mencapai 75%. Simpulan: Hasil rekapitulasi pada siklus I diperoleh 13 orang siswa berkriteria Tidak Tuntas. Hasil rekapitulasi pada siklus II diperoleh 84,6% (11 orang siswa) berkriteria Tuntas dan 15, 4% (2 orang berkriteria Tidak Tuntas). Oleh sebab itu, penggunaan metode team games tournament telah berhasil untuk meningkatkan keaktifan pola gerak siswa. Katakunci: Keaktifan pola gerak dasar; metode team games tournament

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DALAM PEMBUATAN E-KTP TERHADAP TINGKAT KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH SELATAN Pelayanan publik adalah kegiatan atau rangkaian kegiatan dalam rangka pemenuhan kebutuhan pelayanan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan bagi setiap warga negara dan penduduk atas barang, jasa, dan/atau pelayanan administratif yang disediakan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan publik. Pelayanan publik yang dimaksudkan adalah tanggung jawab pemerintah daerah khusunya Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan dalam memberikan jasa pelayanan pembuatan E-KTP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan E-KTP terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di Dinas kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Adapun yang melatar belakangi peneliti untuk membuat skripsi ini didasarkan pada keadaan yang sedang dialami oleh masyarakat, tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa kendala yang dihadapi cukup beragam.Terjadinya peralihan pelayanan dari masa sebelum pandemik covid-19 sehingga pelayanan yang dulunya dilangsungkan di kantor DISDUKCAPIL kini pelayanan dilakukan secara online. Adapun beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat, seperti kurang memahami prosedur pendaftaran secara online, terbatasnya ketersediaan blangko yang kurang memadai membuat masyarakat tidak dapat melengkapi prosedur pelaksanaan vaksinasi yang dipercepat dengan syarat utama memiliki E-KTP namun keterlambatan pelayanan dalam pembuatan E-KTP mempengaruhi seseorang dalam mendapatkan vaksinasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan yang sedang dalam proses pembuatan E-KTP dan berusia diatas 17 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan menggunakan analisis pendahuluan dan analisis lanjutan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari Tangible, Realibility, Responsiviness, Assurance dan Empathy secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kepuasan masyarakat dan berpengaruh signifikan, penelitian ini diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan uji T dan uji F dan R2 SPSS 23. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik dalam pembuatan E-KTP terhadap tingkat kepuasan masyarakat adalah positif, dimana hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 sedangkan nilai R square adalah 0,846 yang nilai signifikasinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan publik yang diberikan oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kab. TTS terhadap kepuasan masyarakat adalah sebesar 84,6%.

[email protected] Latar belakang: Pembelajaran merupakan proses interaksi peserta didik dengan pendidik dan sumber belajar pada suatu lingkungan belajar. Guru yang memiliki strategi penyampaian yang baik mampu menerapkan cara mengajar yang lebih kooperatif dan interaktif. Sehingga siswa aktif dalam mengikuti suasana pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian: Untuk mengetahui strategi guru penjasorkes dalam meningkatkan aspek kognitif dan psikomotor siswa melalui pembelajaran bola voli di SD GMIT Bolok Metode penelitian: Menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket/tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan menggunakan teknik tes keterampilan bola voli. Hasil dan pembahasan: Langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru penjasorkes telah memenuhi kriteria yaitu 100%. Hasil pada aspek kognitif siswa melalui pembelajaran bola voli diperoleh 85,7 % berkategori Tuntas dan 14,3 % berkategori Tidak Tuntas. Hasil pada aspek psikomotor siswa melalui pembelajaran bola voli pada teknik dasar servis diperoleh 17,7 % dan teknik dasar passing diperoleh 13,4 % dengan kategori kurang. Simpulan: Kegiatan pembelajaran bola voli telah dilaksanakan sesuai kriteria, strategi guru penjasorkes dalam meningkatkan aspek kognitif 85,7 % berkategori Tuntas dan 14,3 % berkategori Tidak Tuntas dan psikomotor diperoleh tidak ada yang berkategori Baik dan Buruk, 66,67 % yang berkategori cukup serta 33,33 % yang berkategori Kurang pada siswa melalui pembelajaran bola voli di SD GMIT Bolok. Guru yang memiliki strategi penyampaian yang baik mampu menerapkan cara mengajar yang lebih kooperatif dan interaktif. Sehingga siswa aktif dalam mengikuti suasana pembelajaran. Serpianus ) Email [email protected] The title of this writing is an analysis on English Teacherʹs Lesson Plans for Students of SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya. The aim of this study is to know whether lesson plans prepared by English teacher at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya reffrs to curriculum 2013 or not, the way and the obstacles faced by English teachers in designing lesson plan. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this study was English teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya consisting of 3 English teachers. The object of this research is learning implementation plan prepared by the teachers. The data obtained through interviews observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the data were then concluded according to the research problem.The result shows that the writers expectation of all lesson plans prepared by English teachers are not actually fulfilling standard of curriculum 2013 although the lesson plans developed by English teachers at SMA Negeri 12 Maluku Barat Daya consisted of nine components. The result of analysis of all lesson plans had some weaknesses which are not referring to curriculum 2013. In some component such as core competence, basic competence, and source of learning, and assessment. The teachers designed the curriculum 2013 lesson plan individually. Furthermore, the obstacles faced by the teacher are inadequate facilities and still confused about the curriculum 2013 learning system.

[email protected] Latar belakang: Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, pendidikan karakter merupakan proses kegiatan yang mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pengembangan budi harmoni yang selalu mengajarkan, membimbing, dan membina setia manusia untuk memiliki kompetensi intelektual karakter, dan ketrampilan menarik dalam nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan memahami bentuk peranan guru penjas dalam membentuk karakter, mengidentifikasi mengenai keaktifan dan kepedulian guru terhadap pembentukan karakter peserta didiknya. Metode penelitian: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru PJOK, dan siswa SD GMIT Oesapa. Hasil dan pembahasan: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran guru penjas dalam membentuk karakter peserta didiknya sudah terlaksana dengan baik dalam pembelajaran maupun diluar jam pelajaran. Hal tersebut memberi manfaat positif bagi lingkungan sekolah di SD GMIT Oesapa, sehingga dapat terciptanya peserta didik yang berkarakter. Simpulan: SD GMIT OESAPA berhasil menanamkan karakter peserta didik melalui berbagai program. Program senyum sapa salam yang dipelopori oleh guru penjas menjadi langkah awal penanaman karakter sopan santun . The formulation of the problem in this study, namely does the implementation of debate technique improving speaking skills in learning English? This research aims to find out whether the students'' speaking skills improve after implementing the Debate Technique in learning English. In conducting the study, the researcher used quantitative method. And the way collected data by using pre-experimental design with pre-test, treatment and post-test. The population in this research were all of the eleventh grade students’ of SMK Negeri 5 Kupang. The researcher use Purposive Sampling Technique. The research decided to choose XI Teknik Tenaga Surya dan Angin 2, which consisted of 15 students. The instruments of this research was speaking test and recording. To analyze the score of the students’ achievement in pre-test and post-test, the researcher used t-test analyzes. The result of the data showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. The value of t-test 9,915 was greater than the t-table 1,716 at the level of significant 0.05 and degree of freedom 14. It can be said that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Which means that there was a significant difference between the students’ speaking ability before in which the students got the average score of pre-test was 269,4 and after using debate the students’ speaking skills improved in which the average score of post-test was 342,47.

This study was conducted under the title “ A Descriptive Study Of Negation In Mehara Dialect Of Hawu Language”. The writer formulated one research problem to observe and get the data for the research, that is: what are the types of negation used in Mehara Dialect of Hawu Language. The aims of this research to find out and to analyze the types of negation in Mehara dialect of Hawu language. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection technique was interview. Based on the research, it showed that there are five negative particles of negation in Mehara Dialect such as ad’o ‘no’ and ‘not’, ad’o dae ‘not yet’, dae d’o ‘not yet’, b’ole ‘don’t’ and d’o ‘no’ and ‘not’. While the types of the negation is analytic negation type especially to negate predicates. In negate predicates are divided into verbal predicate, adjective predicate, noun predicate, possesive predicate and adverb predicate. In verbal predicate used the particles ad’o, ad’o dae, dae d’o, b’ole and d’o. In adjective predicate used the particles ad’o and ad’o dae. In noun predicate and possesive predicate used the particle ad’o, then in adverb predicate used the particle ad’o dae. Thus, the five negative particles of negation include in type analytic negation especially in negate predicates.

Judul penelitian ini “Kajian Bahasa Kiasan dalam Natoni di Uab Meto yang digunakan dalam menyambut tamu di Kecamatan Fatuleu Kabupaten Kupang” Masalah dari penelitian ini “apa sajakah gaya bahasa dalam Natoni? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis jenis-jenis tuturan kiasan natoni dalam bahasa Uab Meto yang digunakan dalam penyambutan tamu di Desa Oebola, Kabupaten Kupang. Penulis menganalisis tuturan kiasan dalam Natoni dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Rekaman digunakan untuk mendapatkan data. Ada dua informan (Thobias Tanone dan Naaman Bees) untuk memperoleh data dan mereka adalah narator dari Natoni. Analisis difokuskan pada ciri kiasan dalam puisi seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Kennedy (1991) dan Robberts (1995) bahwa kata dan ekspresi memiliki pola atau bentuk tertentu, yaitu metafora, simile, paradoks, anafora, apostrof, synecdoche metonymy, personifikasi dan simbol. Dalam Natoni penulis hanya menemukan ⁽¹⁾simile, ⁽²⁾anafora, ⁽³⁾metonimi, ⁽⁴⁾sinekdoke, ⁽⁵⁾personifikasi dan ⁽⁶⁾simbol. Dalam simile mereka menggunakan nak “like” untuk membandingkan objek secara langsung. Kata “Ne” selalu digunakan di setiap kalimat terakhir untuk memperjelas makna yang diwakilinya dalam anafora. Kata leku ma tabu memiliki arti yang sama “waktu” yang selalu digunakan dalam metonimi. Kalimat ho paham ho nifu “benuamu, samudramu, wilayahmu” menggunakan personifikasi dan sinekdoke karena menggunakan benda abstrak untuk menggambarkan karakter manusia. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi atau pengetahuan yang berharga kepada pembaca untuk mengetahui tentang jenis-jenis tuturan kiasan yang ada pada Natoni uab meto. Artikel ini dapat memberikan sedikit kesadaran kepada generasi muda khususnya Dawan untuk menjaga dan melestarikan budaya lokal, seperti penyambutan tamu.

This thesis is entitled "Comparative Analysis of Imperative Sentences between English and Uab Meto" which aims: (1) to find out the types and functions of imperative sentences in English and Uab Meto. (2) and find the similarities and differences between imperative sentences in English and Uab Meto. The author uses the descriptive method to explain the types and functions of imperative sentences in English and Uab Meto. The comparative method is used to analyze the similarities and differences between English and Uab Meto, which are sourced from the New International Version of the English Bible and Uab Meto Beno Alekot: Sulat Knino Anbi Uab Meto Neno-Neno 'Bible Good News Dawan Language every day' from the gospel of Mark, Luke, and John in data collection. Based on the results of this study shows there are similarities and differences between English and Uab Meto, namely: (1) the types of imperative sentences in two languages are positive and negative imperatives. (2) The function of imperative sentence in English has six functions: commands, requests, invitations, suggestions, advice, and prohibitions. While Uab Meto has seven functions such as command, requests, invitations, suggestions, advice, prohibitions, and warnings. (3) First, these two languages have the same positive basic sentence patterns: S+V; S+V+O+C; V+O and V+O+C. Second, the negative sentence patterns between English and Uab Meto have differences, namely: Don't+S+V, and Don't +S+V+O but in English Don't +V and Don't +V+O. Third, the pronouns of both languages also have differences because Uab Meto 2SG has differences with 2P1, namely Ho for 2SG and Hi for 2P1. Whereas in English 2SG and 2P1 are the same it is You. So it can be concluded that imperative sentences in two languages are not the same because each language has its own characteristics.

INCREASING STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING RECOUNT TEXT USING GENRE-BASED APPROACH Meufo Tong Maromon A. Eltina Kamengko F. Daniel ABSTRAK Judul Penelitian ini “Meningkatkan Kemampuan Siswa dalam Menulis Teks Recount Menggunakan Pendekatan Berbasis Genre”. Rumusan masalah ini adalah Apakah pendekatan berbasis genre meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa di SMP N 1 Kupang? Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diambil dari kelas perlakuan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol di SMP N 1 Kupang. Penulis mengumpulkan dan menganalisis peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks recount menggunakan pendekatan berbasis genre dan menyajikan hasilnya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks recount dengan pendekatan berbasis genre di SMP N 1 Kupang. Teori ini didukung oleh Nurkhamidah (2011), Penelitian tersebut menjelaskan bahwa kemampuan menulis siswa rendah, karena banyak siswa yang tidak dapat mencapai pelajaran yang ditargetkan. hal ini terjadi karena siswa sering merasa bosan di dalam kelas dan siswa kurang memiliki waktu untuk mengulang materi di rumah. Guru perlu kreatif dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dan teknik mengajar untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Ia menyarankan para siswa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dengan belajar keras sehingga mereka dapat memahami tulisan teks recount. Hal ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan pengukuran uji-t yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan uji 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Artinya terdapat perbedaan nilai antara kelas Eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Penulis berharap penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks recount dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan berbasis genre dalam proses belajar mengajar

INCREASING STUDENTS’ ABILITY IN WRITING DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH THROUGH TEACHING OF PARAGRAPH STRUCTURE AT UPTD SMPNEGERI 11 KUPANG ABSTRACT Bibiana rambu boba joru..,1 Tiarma Marpaung.,2 Zuvyati Aryani Tlonaen..3 This research studied the increasing of students' ability to write descriptive text through teaching paragraph structure to class VIII A UPTD SMPN 11 Kupang. The purpose of this research was to find out whether teaching paragraph structure improves descriptive text writing skills. The research used was quantitati ve research, This study used a pre-experimental design in this study. Class VIII A students of SMPN 11 Kupang who took part in class were 31 students A, and 31 students took part in this research. Data collection was obtained using test, pre-test, and post-test. Data collection techniques was found by calculating the average score on the pre-test and post-test. The results of this study indicated was that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test with an average pre-test score of 79,35 and 99,67 for post-test.Based on this, students' vocabulary mastery increased by 98.70 points. Where as in the paired test samples there were significant results between the pre-test and post-test based on the meaning of the value, namely 0.000 0.05. The hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. This showed that the use of paragraph structure in writing can improve students' writing skills. The research question has been answered. It was concluded the mean score of pre-test was 79,35 and the mean score of post-test was 99,67. The result of t-test shows that the significance values was 0.000 provides students new insight and experience towards learning process. The writing descriptive paragraph develop students’ way of thinking to be broader and dynamic mindset. Therefore, descriptive can be used as an alternative teaching technique to increasing students in learning descriptive text.

The formulation of the problem in this study, namely does teaching English using a role play technique to improve student speaking skill? This research aims to find out whether teaching English using a role play technique can improve students’ speaking skill or not. In conducting the study, the researcher used quantitative method. The data was collected by using pre-experimental design with pre-test, treatment and post-test. The population in this research was all of the eighth grade students’ of SMPN 5 Kota Kupang. The researcher use cluster random sampling. The research decided to choose class VIII D, which consisted of 29 students. The instrument of this research was speaking test. To analyze the score of the students’ achievement in pre-test and post-test, the researcher used t-test analyzes. The result of the data showed that there was a significant difference between pre-test and post-test. The value of t-test 12,818 was greater than the t-table 2,048 at the level of significant 0.05 and degree of freedom 28. It can be said that the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Means that there was a significant difference between the students’ speaking skill before in which the students got the mean score of pre-test was 1.785 and after using role play the students’ speaking skills improved in which the mean score of post-test was 2.380. So the researcher hopes to English teacher to used role play as one of technique in teaching and learning process especially in teaching speaking abilities. THE USE OF DESCRIBING PICTURES IN IMPROVING STUDENTS’ SPEAKING ABILITY AT SMP N 2 TANARIGHU ABSTRACT ( Bili Fifin ) ( Marpaung Tiarma) ( Hambandima Erny S.N) The title of this writing ”The Use of Describing Pictures in Improving Students’ Speaking Ability at SMP N 2 Tanarighu”. The research problem of the study was Can the use of describing pictures improve students’ speaking ability at SMP N2 Tanarighu? The method used in this writing is quantitative method. The data of this research is taken from the treatment of experiment class and control class at SMP N 2 Tanarighu. The writer collected and analyzed the use of describing pictures in improving students’ speaking ability at SMP N 2 Tanarigu then presented the result. The result of analysis show that the use of describing pictures in improving students’ speaking ability at SMP N 2 Tanarighu. It can be seen based on t-test measurement which show that significant value of test 0.000 ≤ 0,05. It means that there were different value between Experiment class and control class.the writer hopes this study can add more knowledge about describing pictures in improving students’ speaking ability method in teaching and learning.

The study focuses on the use of mind mapping strategy to improve students ' ability in writing procedure text . The purposes of this study were to give description about doe's mind mapping strategy method could be applied in teaching learning writing procedure text . In order to reach the goals of this study , the research designed an action research which consists of three meetings , and it was done through sequence of cycles . The students were given some treatments and writing tests in order to obtain a description about students ' ability in writing procedure text . This study was held SMPTK Iman Putun on 12-14 Decemcer , 2022. Class IX in academic year of 2022/2023 was chosen because of recommendation from English teacher about unsatisfying result of the students ' writing aspects . Based on the English teacher's statement , the students ' achievement in reading , speaking and listening aspects of the procedure text as material at first semester was good enough . However , students ' still needed a new method or teaching learning strategy to maximize students achievement in producing procedure text . There were fifty students in this class and three kinds of writing test in this research , as pre - test , treatment and post - test . This study uses a Quasi - Experimental design . This design consists of a pre - test , treatment , and post - test . The treatment of this research was one meeting . The mean score of students in the Experimental class in the pre - test was 53,92 and 59,36 for the control class . The mean score in the post - test for the experimental class was 68,16 and 57,84 for the control class , results of the pre - test t - test were 1.95 and 3.05 in the post - test . Post - test results are greater than the pre - test ( 3.05 1,95 ) . Based on the results of this study , it can be concluded that the use of mind mapping strategy has a positive effect on learning to improve students ' abilities in writing procedural texts for grade nine students of SMPTK Iman Putun.

ABSTRAK PENGARUH PERPUTARAN KAS DAN PERPUTARAN PERSEDIAAN TERHADAP LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR FARMASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2021 Masalah yang diambil dalam penelitan ini adalah Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Dan Perputaran Persediaan Terhadap Laba Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Farmasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Adapun persoalan yang diangkat adalah (1)Apakah perputaran kas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba, (2)Apakah perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1)Untuk mengetahui apakah perputaran kas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba, (2)Untuk mengetahui apakah perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba. Menurut Rangkuti (2004:1) mengatakan bahwa persediaan merupakan suatu aktiva yang meliputi barang barang milik perusahaan dengan di maksud untuk di jual dalam suatu periode usaha tertentu, atau persediaan barang yang masih dalam pengerjaan atau proses produksi ataupun persediaan bahan baku yang menunggu penggunannya dalam suatu proses produksi.Menurut Harjito dan Martono (2014), Kas merupakan salah satu dari bagian aktiva yang memiliki sifat paling lancar dan paling mudah berpindah tangan dalam satu periode.Menurut Simamora (2000:25), Laba adalah selisih antara pendapatan dan biaya jika pendapatan melibihi beban maka hasilnya adalah laba bersih.Konsep Penelitian,Perputaran Persediaan merupakan rasio antara jumlah harga pokok penjualan dengan nilai rata-rata persediaan yang di miliki oleh perusahaan.Perputaran Kas merupakan perbandingan antara penjualan dengan jumlah kas rata-rata. Laba adalah selisih antara seluruh pendapatan dan biaya yang terjadi dalam suatu periode.Hipotesis, perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhdap laba(H1),perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba(H2). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahan manufaktur sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Teknik Analisis Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Analsisi Regresi Linier Berganda.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi yaitu mengumpulkan data–data berupa laporan keuangan yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang di teliti dengan bersumber dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia.Obyek penilitian, PT Indofarma Tbk, PT Kimia Farma Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, PT Organon Pharma Indoneisa Tbk, PT Phapros Tbk,PT Mercck, PT Soho Global Healt Tbk, PT Tempo Scan Pasifik Tbk. Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Terhadap Laba,Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Terhadap Laba Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,934>0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat perputaran kas berarti semakin tinngi tingkat laba yang di peroleh. penelitian ini di dukung penelitian (Erliyana 2021), tidak berdampak signifikan antara perputaran kas dengan laba bersih. Pengaruh perputaran persediaan terhadap laba, berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,815>0,05. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat perputaran persediaan maka semakin cepat perushaan memperoleh laba.Perputaran persediaan yang rendah akan mengakibatkan kerugian ketika persediaan menumpuk di gudang. Penelitian serupa (simangungsong 2019), menunjukkan perputaran persediaan tidak berdampak signifikan pada laba bersih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba,(2) Perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba. Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas maka semakin tinggi perputaran kas semakin tinggi pula tingkat laba yang di dapat. Demkian pula, semakin tinggi perputaran persediaan semakin tinggi pula laba yang di peroleh. Impilkasi teoritis dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi bukti yang menjelaskan Pengaruh Perputaran Kas Dan Perputaran Persdiaan Terhadap Laba. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa tidak adanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat bagi kepentingan keilmuan yang kemudian dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan maupun referensi untuk penelitian mendatang.

The purpose of this study was to find out the English teacher's strategy in attracting students' attention in learning English at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang. The method used in this research is qualitative method. research data taken from SMP N 10 Kupang. The researcher directly made observations, identified and classified them, then analyzed the results based on the teacher's strategy theory. As a result, the author found several things related to the teacher's strategy during the learning process. The results of this study indicate that the English teacher's strategy at SMP Negeri 10 Kupang received five teacher strategies, namely hissing strategy, listening strategy, stopping strategy and clapping strategy. The suggestion from this research is that English teachers should be able to choose what strategies relate to students' abilities, the need to attract Students attention.

AN ANALYSIS ON THE MEANING OF FAREWELL SONG LYRICS IN “BONET” ABSTRACT Student Supervisor1 Supervisor2 Anita S.S. Bantaika Seprianus A Nenotek, S.Pd., M.Pd Alfred Snae, S.Pd., M.Pd This research entitled an analysis on the meaning of farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The purposes of this research are to know the meaning and the value contained in the farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method to find the result. The writer conducted this research in TTS Regency, Noebana district, Noebana village, especially Noebana Primary School. The researcher here used a research instrument, questions related to the lyrics of the Bonet in the process of conducting research. The all data was collected the first through the appearance of Bonet performs (sixth grades students) at Noebana Primary School and the second through interview with (traditional elders) or people who know about the meaning and the values contained in the farewell song lyrics in Bonet. The result of this study shows that there are five types of meanings namely: didactic meaning, sociological meaning, historical meaning, cultural meaning and aesthetic meaning. And then there are four types of values namely: ethical values, aesthetic values, religious values and the last social values.

The aims of this study are to find out the translation procedures found to translate the abstracts of Students’ Thesis and to find out the dominant translation procedures in the translation of the abstracts. The research applied descriptive qualitative method. The data was taken from the Students Thesis Abstract. Thesis abstracts is selected because abstracts as a brief summary of the most important points in a scientific paper. In order to identified and classify the translation procedures applied in thesis abstracts, Vinay and Darbelnet’s theory (in Venuti, 2000:84). about translation procedures is used. As the result of this research, the most dominant procedure used in translated thesis abstracts of Students Thesis Abstract Of English Education Study Program is borrowing with 27 occurrences (36 %), followed by literal Translation with 23 occurrences (30,67%),calque with 8 occurrences (10,67%),Equivalence with 6 occurrences (8%), Transposition with 6 occurrences(8%) and Modulation with 5 occurrences(6,67%) Keywords: Thesis abstracts, found, translation procedures

AN ANALYSIS OF SLANG WORD USED IN THE MOVIE ENTITLED “BIRDS OF PREY” ABSTRACT (Yunita Natonis) (Norci Beeh, S.Pd, M.Pd) ( Zuvyati A. Tlonaen, SS, M.Pd ) Slang is a type of language variation consisting of new words or phrases that are unofficial or non-standard used by various social groups in informal situations. The researcher investigates slang words used in Birds of Prey movie. The research consists of two research problem as follow: 1) what are the types of slang words used in the movie “Birds of Prey”?, 2) what are the functions of slang words used in the movie “Birds of Prey”?. The aims of this research are to answer the problems that exist in this study using the theory by Allan and Burridge (2006) about types and function of slang. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method to describe the result. The researcher used documentation and note-taking technique to collect the data. The researcher found that there are five types of slang words used in this movie which are fresh and creative, flippant, imitative, acronym, and clipping. Fresh and creative was the most common types that found in the movie, there are thirty words that categorized into fresh and creative type. The researcher also found six different function of slang word that used in Birds of Prey movie. They are to address, to humiliate, to initiate relax conversation, to impress impression to reveal anger, and to show intimacy. By knowing the function of slang, the writer concludes that the use of slang can create relaxed conversation with people who have close relationships with each other. But, it can also bring bad effects in certain circumstances and situations.
