[email protected] Background: Extracurricular is an activity carried out by school students outside the standard curriculum learning hours which are usually carried out on certain days that have been set at the school. Research objectives: The purpose of this research is to find out how the efforts of teachers in developing students' talents in extracurricular activities at SD Negeri Nunbaun Sabu Research method: In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach. with data collection techniques used through observation, interviews and documentation as well as data analysis techniques in this study, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Results and discussion: extracurricular activities It is the duty and responsibility of schools and trainers at SD Negeri Nunbaun Sabu. So far, extracurricular activities have been running smoothly and students are always enthusiastic about participating. However, the school and trainers must pay attention to this in order to further facilitate extracurricular activities with infrastructure. This will increase the ability of students to develop their talents. Conclusion: Based on the results of research on extracurricular activities at SD Negeri Nunbaun Sabu very good. the main thing for the success of extracurricular activities is a change in behavior and more confidence and being able to develop skills well. Therefore the development of extracurricular talents at Nunbaun Sabu Elementary School goes well and helps students achieve achievements that are proud of the school as well as themselves and their parents.
