· Thesis · Skripsi, Thesis, Disertasi, dan Tugas Akhir

In general, the morphology of citrus plants consists of three basic organs, namely roots, stems and dann. Leaves are one of the plant parts that can be used for morphological and anatomical identification because each andn carries substantial information that can be used to identify various types of plants. In terms of morphology, citrus leaves can be studied from the shape and shape of oranges. While the general anatomy of oranges consists of epidermis, cuticle, stomata, mesophyll, palisade tissue and vascular tissue. The purpose of this study was to determine the morphological and anatomical characteristics of Local Jeruk Leaves (Citrus sp.) found in South Central Timor Regency. This study used observation and experiment methods with sampling and oranges in South Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province and observations were made at the Biology Laboratory of Artha Wacana Christian University Kupang. The data analysis used was cluster analysis. This step was intended to assess the similarity between accessions of citrus plants using the dendogram analysis method. aurantifolia), peppercorns (Citrus grandis). In terms of morphology of citrus species, the four types observed showed differences that the characteristics of the leaves were single and moss green and dark green in color and single leaf shape and oval and oval in shape, leaf base tapered rounded leaf tips slightly blunt with a slight indentation inward and tapered. Leaf margins, oval in the middle of the leaves form a round indentation, with leaf margins with small, large and grooved teeth. Meanwhile, the anatomical characteristics of the leaves of the four types of citrus plants also have similarities where the shape of the stomata is included in the anosmotic category, namely the stomata type with guard cells surrounded by a number of cells. which do not differ from other epidermal cells in shape and size.
